More Quality Less Commercial
We raise our pork in a way that’s designed to improve your experience from the ground up—starting with how the animals are fed and how the land is managed.
Instead of relying on uniform, industrial feed systems, we use diverse, natural inputs that support healthier animals and richer flavor development. That shows up on your plate as better-tasting meat with improved texture, juiciness, and fat quality.
Our pigs are raised in lower-stress, higher-welfare conditions with more space and natural behaviors, which directly improves tenderness and consistency—so what you cook is more predictable and more enjoyable.
Because we focus on soil health and regenerative practices, the entire system becomes more balanced and resilient. That translates into pork that feels closer to how food is meant to taste: clean, rich, and full of character.
In short, every decision we make on the farm is aimed at one thing—giving you pork that cooks better, tastes better, and feels better to eat.
What We Do and Don't Do
A Different Approach
Rather than focusing solely on production efficiency, we focus on the quality of the meat we produce.
We understand that our pork will never be cheaper than the pork found in most grocery stores—and that's a challenge we're willing to address head-on.
Much of the pork sold today comes from large, vertically integrated companies that control nearly every step of production, from breeding and feed manufacturing to raising, processing, and packaging. These systems are designed to maximize efficiency and produce pork at the lowest possible cost. While they provide an affordable product, consumers are often left with little information about how the animals were raised, what they were fed, or the management practices used throughout their lives.

Our priorities are different. Rather than focusing solely on production efficiency, we focus on animal welfare, feed quality, transparency, and the overall quality of the meat we produce. We carefully select our feed ingredients, maintain proactive herd health programs, and raise our pigs in an environment where they have room to exercise, socialize, root in the soil, and wallow in mud.

We believe that how pigs are raised, what they are fed, and how they are cared for throughout their lives matters—not only for the animals, but for the flavor, quality, and integrity of the pork on your table. When you purchase pork from us, you know exactly where it came from, how it was raised, and the values behind every step of the process.
