OUR STORY
Rooted in generations of farming from the highlands of Germany to the rich grasslands of the Black Sea, our family has been cultivating the land for centuries. For over 100 years, we have continued that tradition on the plains of Nebraska and Colorado, guided by faith, family, stewardship, and a commitment to producing healthy food.
I’m a physician who never quite got farming out of my blood. Over time, those two callings naturally came together.
My goal is to combine medical insight with hands-on agriculture to help restore what I believe has been lost in much of our modern food system—nutrient-dense, responsibly raised food that supports real health from the ground up. Through this work, I hope to help people live healthier, more fulfilling lives—the kind of lives we were created to live.
