At Regier Organics Plus, we believe that providing exceptional food begins with maintaining the highest standards of quality from our farm to your table. Because many of our products are perishable and require careful handling, we are not currently offering direct shipping. Rather than compromising on freshness, quality, or customer experience, we have chosen to focus on local pickup and limited delivery while we work to develop shipping solutions that meet our standards.

As a family farm, we value the relationships we build with our customers and appreciate the opportunity to provide healthy, responsibly raised food directly to the families we serve. Whether you are purchasing our regenerative meats, eggs, honey, mushrooms, or other farm products, we want to ensure they arrive in the condition we intended.

We are actively exploring reliable and cost-effective shipping options that will allow us to expand our reach in the future while maintaining the quality, integrity, and transparency that define our farm. Until then, our products are available through local pickup and limited delivery in select areas.

Return & Exchange Policy (Satisfaction Guarantee)

At Regier Organics Plus, we believe that trust is earned through honesty, transparency, and a commitment to doing what is right. Every product we offer is a reflection of the values that guide our farm: faith, family, stewardship, and a dedication to producing wholesome, high-quality food. From caring for our soil and crops to raising our livestock, we invest significant time, effort, and resources into producing food that we are proud to serve to our own family and yours.

Because many of our products are perishable and require careful handling to maintain their quality and safety, we generally do not accept returns. Once food products leave our control, we cannot always verify how they have been stored or handled, making returns impractical in most situations. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety for all of our customers.

However, our inability to accept returns does not diminish our commitment to your satisfaction. We firmly believe that when you purchase from our farm, you should be able to do so with confidence. We stand behind the products we produce and the promises we make. If a product does not meet your expectations, arrives in unsatisfactory condition, or if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we want to hear from you.

Our satisfaction guarantee is based on a simple principle: we value long-term relationships more than individual transactions. As a family farm, we recognize that every customer represents a family that has chosen to place their trust in us. We do not take that trust lightly. Your feedback helps us improve, maintain our standards, and continue providing products that meet the needs of our customers.

service@regierorganicsplus.com as soon as possible. When reaching out, we encourage you to provide details about your purchase and the issue you encountered. Photographs, order information, and a description of the concern can help us better understand the situation and respond appropriately.

 

Each concern is reviewed individually because we understand that no two situations are exactly alike. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement product, store credit, a refund, or another reasonable solution. Our goal is not simply to resolve complaints but to ensure that every customer feels heard, respected, and treated fairly.
